Client Overview
Rock Total Health provides primary care services that ensure first contact, accessibility, continuous, comprehensive, and coordinated person-focused care. Their goal is to optimize patients’ health and reduce disparities by ensuring equal access to services.
Project Objectives
The goal of this project was to create a brand that reflects Rock Total Health’s commitment to proactive, person-centered care. Instead of emphasizing illness, the brand needed to communicate wellness, results, and long-term health. The identity was designed to feel clear, grounded, and reassuring—positioning the clinic as a trusted health partner, not just a place for treatment.
A central focus was the website, which had to be easy to navigate and support patients in accessing services like telemedicine, screenings, or consultations. The digital experience needed to reflect the same clarity and attentiveness patients receive in person, removing friction and helping them feel in control of their care.
To ensure consistency across all touchpoints, we created a visual system that could easily extend to both digital and print materials. Social media templates and branded collateral were designed to support everyday communication—reinforcing credibility and encouraging engagement beyond the clinic visit.
At every stage, the work centered on highlighting Rock Total Health’s vision: care that goes beyond symptoms to prioritize prevention, continuity, and well-being. The brand was shaped to reflect that shift—away from crisis response and toward a relationship built on trust and long-term health goals.
